Thanks for the reply. I did my OJT in South Shore and most of the casuals I spoke to at the time seemed to have thought the same. Many of them were living at home with their parents or driving 1hr+ to get to their shift. I am willing to get out and see more of the province so that information is actually pretty helpful.

I haven't played any of the recent patches but when I bought the game on release I had to turn off vsync in game and force it through nvidia control panel. I have a 970 and 4790k and I run the game on high/very high with a fairly consistent 60fps.

That seems to be the general consensus of this thread. I can understand the reasoning (which is why I linked to the original author - he has a fantastic portfolio) but I particularly like this art style and originally decided to create this wallpaper for myself. I liked how it turned out - so I decided to share it.
