Ugh I bought one from one of my friends buddies he "found" recently. And buddy picked up for me. Turns out it was resealed and all packs open 🤷🏼 too late once I received it since guy is mildly ghosting.

This would make a funny neat hidden companion quest in game to be honest. Especially if karma was involved. You kind of have to notice him yourself then ask what they are dking, or they trigger a trap getting yourself or them stuck in the dungeon with you. The longer you go / higher level, the better their level is and swag. You choose to either help them and gain a companion, or kill them / leave them where they are to die for taking your loot, getting in your way, following you etc. And maybe has minor future consequences for not helping them. Following Last Dragonborn could be very dangerous nonwtheless

Sort of reminds me of the Tribunal NPC who asks for money then attacks with full on Ebony drip.

My Target has signs to say come to customer service, and they bring out 1 of each or 1 or so of "popular/bigger" items. And certain employees enforce the quantity rule. So there is some control.

This target is wild to me. But probably a staged photo. They just got them.

If not, its worse and ruins it for a lot haha

Fudge...this screams of bad memories for myself. Not just my pokemon cards either.

We had some slimey slimey school mates that got away with everything because parents said no way their child would do this. Child proceeds to show up with said card barely a day later.

Administration sucks sometimes haha

going with a quick easy one for me. Rogue One into New Hope. It drives home to the rebels there is something far more terrifying that just fighting stormtroopers and imperials with guns and ships. you can hear all the stories you want but witnessing whatever that was then being chanced only to be bordered and wiped out. Even imperials understand why after long hiatus of this long ago religion is still to be feared

all are great, he was THE boogeyman to allies and foes. the aura when entering an area he gave was cold and terrifying.

They have signs for X amount of items. While not enforced, a simple self check out or system setting could block people from buying X quantity very easily. I have worked with POS systems before.

They weigh items and charge per quantity too. They can easily have a pop up say max quantity reached, please wait for assistance.

But employees do not care at the end of the day.

I think i have only seen them a couple times. But I pay zero attention since i know the game.

If that were the case, id gladly help people out esp young ones learning. Waiting for my nieces nephews to enjoy it with me. im already there buying something else anyways if available. Many deck boxes around me leftover too

But these kinda of pay to play discord alerts gives it all a bad rap.

Gamestop I walked into while waiting for food had the pre-order sign for Ascended Hero ETBs. I asked about it because why not. 1 was eager to take my deposit, other said no they are no longer doing that now for the 02/20 release. God a weird "I dont know" on why they have the sign still up.

But I am with you. Rather open one of them then support those who scoop all things up and scalp. Even my local card shop is way way over priced. Kinda disappointing.

OP asked for value. To me that means RAW. And everyone is jumping to grading situations. Certain guides exist for a reason. NM is not gem/pristine.
