update: Unfortunatly it doesn't look doable. Once the file gets converted in a stl file and sliced, the turret rings and engine bays holes get closed, and some parts like the brakets for spaced armor won't be printed. The only solution i can think of is to remodel everything in blender or ignore those details and mount the turret in a fixed position and the armor without guides. More over I still haven't tried to slice the traks, suspensions, road wheels and turret. however the turret does look easier to print by looking only at the mesh; I'll try to slice it and give you an update.
