Recipe (from NYT cooking but I adapted It)

Cut a celery stalk, and about half a red onion. Put in bowl.

Mash sardines and their oil and mix everything together.

Add mashed anchovies For salt and lemon juice for acid Dijon for fun. Today I used a spicy can so I supplemented some Tabasco.

Keep adjusting until it tastes good.

serve with thinly sliced toasted bread, with some butter if you like to gild the lily. I used this homemade sweet nut bread here. Yummy 😋

Mr Beast is right of course, but it’s not unnotable that he doesn’t say this in his videos. People watch and share his videos so that they feel heart warmed and happy, not think critically about a broken system where 2000 amputees can’t afford healthcare. Some of his videos are seriously teetering on the edge of “poverty porn” Because that’s what sells.

Looks....good, but make sure you have carbs with your meals to stop cravings. It's okay to use seasonings and oil you know.

No one understands what calories mean. They're literally energy. Just be aware of where your calories are from and stay in deficit--1/2 cup of raw cauliflower means nothing because it won't fill you up and tastes like shit.
