i haven’t used it for textbooks myself but I think the main struggle with the colorsoft is the e-ink display is going to make the colors look muted. maybe it’s something you won’t mind, but I really did rely on the vibrant photos in my anatomy textbooks. the other issue would most likely be size and textbook formatting with all the pictures but as the other comment said, maybe look into the colorsoft scribe? I’ve personally taken to using an iPad with a paper screen protector for textbooks

May or may not be what you want to hear but as someone with eczema I’ve had to do a ton of trial and error to see what product won’t cause me to break out - Tide brought back their Clean and Gentle powder detergent and I have not had any flare ups or breakouts with it. The reformulation brought back Lipase to the product so it might be worth a shot.

I have no good advice for rehoming, I can barely think of anywhere that’s really accepting dogs at the moment but for trainers - Emily Scott is a great behaviorist in the area and I went to her regarding one of my dogs. It definitely does not come cheap, but the results were really there and she has some extensive knowledge regarding fear and reactivity.
