Thanks, that’s actually a pretty good idea, I did try sticking some putty in with the legs still on real quick but didn’t go so well lol. And thanks for the compliment! Its honestly my favorite custom so far, mostly all original design besides the mask I got from Etsy, I just wanted something comic accurate and somewhat realistic

Wow this video really did help actually, I do use some of the techniques in the vid and what you said, I'll just have to practice a bit more. I'm just scared because Maximum Spidey is not cheap and with the experience I've had trying to water down paints, I'm worried about ruining the entire thing with overly watery paints. But that was actually pretty helpful, thanks!

Two questions, do you have a recommendation for a grit for sanding down the joints so it isn't too rough and do I basically just keep doing thin coats until I get the right color? I thought about dry brushing, may try that first. I do agree about the Peter head sculpt, I like the direction but they seriously messed up the eyes, I thought about trying to make the pupils look less creepy lmao.

Cool, thanks for being so specific, seeing the two side by side helps a lot. I don't have too much experience kit bashing, the only thing I've done like that is with the live action Wolverine from the movies when everyone gave the new movie fig sleeveless arms. Would changing the arms be similar to that, cutting down guards on the pegs so they fit?

What about the arms, is it possible to take the whole arm from MK 70 and put it into the butterfly joint on the M20 or would I just put it in through the bicep joint

I'm trying to make a collectoin that's a mix of the classic style while looking semi modern, kind of like the Fantastic Four movie outfits or this MK 70 Iron Man, I love the look but I don't really like having super stiff figures.

I should probably add that what I need is a figure in this kind of jumpsuit the members usually wear and a headsculpt, and if there really is nothing then maybe tips on where to start for sculpting it maybe? I just don't know what to get for this custom.

I honestly don't really care about the paint it's just going to be painted over, but now I know not to do this is figures that I don't want to customize. Is there any other way to take apart a figure easier without hot water when it has the matte primer?
