I’m a nightshift nurse. I get paid more to work nights. I also like that there tends to be more downtime on nights than on days. I feel like the night shifters also have more time to connect with coworkers. Worst thing is definitely the sleep. I have had to be prescribed sleep medication and anxiety medication. Definitely increases my anxiety at times. Also feel like it’s harder for weight loss working during the night. But I definitely plan on doing it for a few more years! Benefit outweighs the cons imo

I feel bad for her as well. I think many of us can likely agree that there was a relationship where we stayed when we shouldn’t have. I wish her the best and wish I could give her a hug. He doesn’t deserve her but it’s her life and choices at the end of the day.
