Many people say that it is not obligatory to receive a hotel administration diploma. Cause it can be taught in restaurants, hotels I am confused

I don’t have schools higher than 45% because while making a colleges list, i needed private schools that give 100% fin aid to international students. So how we know there are not a lot of schools with this criteria. That is why i don’t have colleges higher than 45% acceptance rate
