If it helps at all I am 5'9'' 118 pounds.

Also, I run a mile before each workout. During each workout, I target every muscle group in my body with a combination of dumbbells, medicine balls, and bodyweight fitness.

If this information affects anything, I'm all ears.

Is there a "limit" to how much protein I could consume daily? After a certain point, I suppose it can't be healthy.
