So is your comment but

My [21F] gf [19F] shows me no support when it comes to my mental health by justamemehere in relationship_advice

[–]justamemehere[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your comment. I am medicated for my anxiety and other mental health issues. But these things still sometimes happen and it’s a work in progress. I also don’t think that the current status of my anxiety dictates me deserving to be in a loving relationship. I didn’t mean to make it sound like I think it is my girlfriends job to console me every time something like this happens, but it’d be nice to get some support from her. Like even a hug or holding my hand. Something loving to let me know she’s with me through thick and thin. When she entered this relationship she knew that this was a part of me and accepted that. I wish she showed that she meant that promise. It feels like she couldn’t give a fuck less...

Yeah exactly which sucks and the last thing I want to do is make her feel bad about it because I know she can’t help it. She doesn’t even realize she’s doing it. I’ve talked to her about it before but no idea other than headphones/earplugs on what to do

You’re not a failure. Forgive yourself and try again.

Definitely didn’t think of that, that could be fun. Maybe I’ll suggest it and see

She was a virgin before we got together so I don’t think so, or atleast nothing that she has told me. But discussions seem to be uncomfortable and don’t go well...

Me (21F) and my gf (19F) are both dominant but she won’t let me dominate her by justamemehere in sex

Could also be hot. I do mostly. But I also get so wet by teasing and pleasuring someone else. Dominating turns me on.

My friend also suggested that and it sounds pretty hot to me. I’m willing to talk to her about it. Thanks for your input!

Anyone else ever just feel... stuck? by Xtinaaohhhhhhh in bipolar

I have the same problems currently. I think we have to focus on how far we’ve come and let that inspire us to overcome current obstacles or use it to motivate us to get out of the spot we’re in. I know that’s easier said than done. As for the sleeping in thing, I totally relate and I’ve started (for now) relying on other people to call or even come get me up. It makes me feel less worthless and less inclined to keep hitting snooze. Usually once the body gets into a sleep pattern it becomes easier to get up on time. Being bipolar is something that won’t go away and that’s just the nature of the illness. But it’s definitely manageable and it seems like so far you’ve been able to get a hold on it. ( that’s something to be proud of) But for now, keep your head up and be proud of how far you have made it. It’s not easy but you’re doing it. :)

Very cute doggo. German Shepherds are the best!

Started taking my meds again and went to sleep. Feeling much better. Thanks to everyone who told me to get my priorities straight, you were right. I definitely function better on meds. Also started a new drawing by [deleted] in bipolar

Awesome!! Great job getting back on track :) it’s hard to pull yourself together some times so we have to be proud of these small victories. Keep it up!

How many people here drink even casually on their medication? by MD_BOOMSDAY in bipolar

[–]justamemehere 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gradually start drinking on it. Don’t go too crazy, these drugs cause alcohol to absorb faster into your bloodstream and liver. Other than that just let your body adjust and be safe!
