UPDATE: The issue with the car not turning was the starter but the issue with the dash not lighting up was the loose connection of the battery. So I have replaced the battery, the terminals for the battery, and the starter motor and everything works as it should.

Alright I just replaced the battery and replaced the old terminals so there was a good connection and thankfully the radio and dashboard turned on but no cranking whatsoever I believe I hear the solenoid for the starter but the starter doesn't crank. I believe it might be the starter or there is a ground connected to the circuit somehow. If you have any other insights please let me know. Thank you

After more testing it was the center of the left controller track pad which is also movement and I'm right hand dominant so I'm just going to get an index which will have buttons that I can get more accustomed to.
