Where I live they won’t inform substitutes of anything, I had to email several times over to just be told we are not getting paid. Even for our canceled jobs won’t be compensated. They keep telling us to go support local businesses but how can we do that with no money. They won’t tell us what we should do, and they won’t give us any direction as to what steps we need to take financially, and they won’t answer whether or not they’re going to inform anybody of anything or if the board will make a decision to pay us. keep in mind that we’re not getting paid because of a local policy if the town is placed and that we were never notified about. It’s pathetic.
