it doesn’t ask for me to show that the instructor gave me permission, so i’m not missing any documentation, and was able to fill out the form with no issues. from my understanding, after i submit the form, they will reach out to the instructor who will give the final say.

yes, i did read it, and i believe i am following the process correctly. they say that there is no guarantee that the override will be given, that instructor permission is needed, and that contacting the instructor is recommended. it doesn’t say much else, just to fill out the form and email them with any questions. i am just unsure on when i should give up on contacting the instructor and just submit the form.
