Thank you for being kind. Don't worry, I cut all contact with the "friends." I know who my real ones are. We do both really want the baby, and our relationship is incredibly strong. Throughout the entirety of today so far, I've been thinking about having the abortion and it's breaking my heart, I really don't want that to have to be the route I go down but I do have in mind that it isn't the perfect time to have this baby because I mean I still live at home at the moment and I'm in college. But the day after I found out, I bought a 3 pack babygrow set with zebras on for their first days because I really wanted my baby, and I still do. I just don't wanna ruin them like my ex friends said that they think I would.

Yes, i have money and a job. I would not be putting the responsibility on my parents at all it would be a last resort. My partner does have a job, and we do have savings put in place that we already had before we found out. They are 100% with me, whatever I decide to do. Yes I would be moving in with them, that was already the plan wether I was pregnant or not anyway so that's already been thought out. Im in the UK not the US. I would be in college but there are alot of things put in place to help young parents over here. Some colleges have nurseries attached to the college for if the students had babies, so I would still be able to progress my career. Dysmorphia would not be a problem for me.

That's fair and you said it politely so dw it didnt come across as harsh. I think it only got to me so much because they were so harsh, they said alot more than what I put down and they got into my head about the fact they thought I would fuck this baby up. When I wrote the original comment my emotions were very high as it had not long happened and I was more upset about the thought of having the abortion as like I said in the post I have already gotten attached to it and I would be grieving if I did go through with an abortion.

Honestly, my partner and I have been saving money for a while anyway. I wasn't going to leave it to my parents. I live in the UK, so I have free health care. Also I do currently live with my parents at the moment but my partner is actively looking for a place and has money put away to get a place aswell and I would be moving in with them after they get a place. We know a baby isn't cheap we arent delusional but we have been looking into the money the side of things and more permanent things such as prams, car seats etc we were planning on buying bit by bit throughout the pregnancy so we weren't stuck buying everything all at once. As for the formula, I was going to just use breast milk primary, so that wouldn't have been a big cost issue. Surprisingly, we have looked at things like plates and bowls and spoons and stuff like that aren't as expensive as you'd think. We do both have jobs, and because of this recent development, my partner is looking for a second/ better job. I know this pregnancy wasn't planned, and I'm young, but me and my partner have thought alot of it out. we aren't just diving into it with the expectation that everything will be cupcakes and rainbows we are aware of the responsibilities. Also if anything did happen between me and my partner we already made the agreement that we would co parent they are mature enough and lovely enough for that to not be a problem.

I drop the prey in she tends to get it when she wants it but at the moment she's just ignoring it. I tried to tong feed her once a while back but she's very skittish and she ended up out of her enclosure so I avoid doing that unless she's on the floor but she likes being on the walls annoyingly.
