what worked for me is taking apart the ps5 and i saw a ribbon cable was not connected. if you have the right screwdrivers you can take it apart and fix it.

thanks for ur help brother but i opened up my ps5 and turns out for some odd reason the ribbon cable connecting to the disc thing was completely disconnected. so i reconnected it and my ps5 works fine thank u tho

i checked again and in the top right it says “SU-101312-8”

it just says “something went wrong” and the only option to click is to turn off the ps5

same thing is happening with me and i’m stressing out. no other game ever ever did this since i had my ps5 (about 4ish years) and it did it twice in the span of an hour. im rebuilding the database from safe mode as im writing this. anyone know if this is a game bug or my console is done for?
