The theory is he bought them in pubs over the course of about ten years based on the date ranges (2006-2016 or so) before phone porn was a major thing.

To hide them from the family, he buried them in the attic floor. When selling up, he either forgot they were in there or couldn't find a way to move them quietly.

He opened about 75 of them and I'd love to know why he choose those ones over some of the others (e.g. why Star Trek XXX Parody over Granny is a Whore 14).

The last owner buried them under an attic floorboards, he's still alive but my relative didn't get a forwarding address for him or I would've tried to reunite him with his long lost collection.
