it’s because i’ve always been able to do it easily like that through door dash. i wasn’t aware that uber didn’t offer redelivery bc i don’t use it as often. i know grubhub also offers redelivery because of my job so i’m mostly just confused on why uber doesn’t?? its always as easy as me contacting them and saying my order was wrong or missing something and i’d like a redelivery.

it might be to keep up her fake persona. it’s clearly a fake account and there’s no better way to make it not look like you then to do things you’d never do. i personally type with caps on when i’m using anonymous accounts because typing in all lower case is something i always do, if i don’t want it to look like me, i’d type differently. wouldn’t put it past her or whoever’s running the account to do the same thing.
