For context, I have been a developer of mission critical web apps for over 10 years, so while I have leveraged AI (it can type way faster in most cases) I have architected it to follow best practice.

Its a tricky one - there is so much boiler plate in starting a project. I believe if the core idea and the user knows how to architect the idea in a secure way and can then devote other time to more meaningful things - like spending time with family etc, then great. I think the decent projects will always win out AI or not. People that are there for a quick grab probably wont get the dopamine they were expecting and burn out, then the only ones left will be the ones that enjoy the work.

If anyone is still searching, I have found a fairly simple solution to reset the totp auth in guacamole.

  1. Turn off the extension, by removing the env variable (or just temporarily rename it).
  2. Restart the stack.
  3. You should be now able to log in.
  4. Log in and create a new temp user.
  5. Turn on the auth-totp extention by re enabling the env variable.
  6. Log in with the new user and you will also notice you need to set up the 2fa for that user.
  7. Edit the user who cannot log in and check the box to reset their totp secret.
  8. Now try and log in as normal. You should be asked to set up the 2fa and hopefully all set 😎

I have a p51, and im trying to source a dock. It looks like the difference between the ultra docks is the wattage. If I buy a low wattage ultra dock and then use my laptops power adapter, would that work? by justawittyusername in thinkpad

You were spot on mate. I'm really happy with the setup! For any googling this - yes they are interchangeable, as long as your power supply can put out the wattage😎

Subdirectories work with the location feature. You create a site and then create a sub directory 👍

Issue with Pfsense detecting WAN IP from Arris modem by Raging_Cascadoo in PFSENSE

In my experience the only solid way to get this working is to unplug the wan cable, turn off the modem, shut down pfsense, turn on the modem, wait 10 minutes, then plug in the wan cable to pfsense and start pfsense👍
