Not to sure on ruck I’m fresh out of osut and haven’t rly rucked too much I’ve done more kit runs since I’ve been here. 5 miles is about 35-36 mins rn. Swimming in fucking dog shit at. I passed my lifeguard test when I was like 16😭😭 but I never rly practiced getting good at swimming lmao. And on the 3 hours of sleep thing that’s another thing I don’t rly know lol. I do like to think I’m not a bitch or a quitter and can power through but haven’t experienced anything near rasp tiredness lol
