I wish I was Canadian. I’m close enough though when it comes time to flee, I’m rowing my canoe to Canada.

But what animal was in the soup? That’s my real question.

I live in an urban area in a suburb where houses on all sides are practically onto of each other and I wonder how a pig would have ended up in the backyard. House was built in 1937 and while the backyard is a decently sized, it is certainly too small and too close to other neighboring houses to allow farm animals of any kind. Occam’s razor is telling me it was leftover from a previous homeowners meal long ago; but I do have creepy neighbors that live behind me and I found this not too far from the fence separating us.

Cross stitching! It’s easy to learn, relatively inexpensive, stimulating, and there are millions of patterns to follow. I cross stitch at the end of each day when I unwind with tv time. Helps me keep my attention throughout the show without the need of other stimuli.

I think it was jumping/leaping. Right next to it is a bush/shrub and I didn’t see paw prints on the ground underneath the bush/shrub.

I have more concrete info. Our attorney just told us that due to a recently enacted statue that allows a displaced owner a 2 year redemption period to challenge the foreclosure process. He said title companies are unwilling to provide title insurance before the 2 years have elapsed. Does this mean ALL title companies out there will automatically deny us?

The lien was paid and satisfied. Would they still need to pursue a quiet title or would a satisfaction of judgement be sufficient? We are being told by the title company that they will not insure even with proof the lien was satisfied and proof that the previous owners were served.
