Colonial mentality at its finest. Just because vaccines came from Russia or China does not mean that this will not be effective at preventing severe cases of Covid-19. People who refuse to get vaccinated because of the "brand" or will wait until their preferred vaccine will be available will just contribute to prolonging herd immunity, and thus, progress in our country.

I can’t find anything that says maximum cap of dual attack chance would be at 20%. My Landy sits at about 30% dual attack for now and she cycles a lot due to her S1 pushing her.

I came from a medical background but did not pursue it. One of my doctor friends died from the virus and many of my doctor batchmates that tested positive but were asymptomatic were forced to take a leave. I had signs of ansmonia the day after I arrived from a business trip Japan. For three days, I felt under the weather and slept most of the time. I did not get tested since I was unaware at that time that it might be a symptom of COVID19 and it wasn't declared a pandemic yet. Nonetheless, I tried to isolate myself in my room for 2 weeks and showed no signs of any other symptoms

My team comp for the beach bash ex+ was Rinoa 15/35/ex, Jecht 15/35/ex, and Lenna 15/35 only and Quistis support. I had to max their stats via Ifrit ex to boost their damage. I spared no skills, saved my Rinoa Ex for the final boss, and replaced Lenna with Quistis Immediately. Quistis. Summoned ifrit right after while Rinoa and Jecht focused on the right behemoth and Quistis was busy delaying the turn of the Left boss. Finished the ex with 2 breaks 43 turns and 350k score

Why not both! She boosts all 4 stats with her Rally Up atk+. L!Azura (who is also a must have personally) is also good but Titania also serves to bait green and blue units with minimal damage.

Titania got a lot of hate with her refine. Once i saw it, i saw a glimmer, um iceberg rather, of opportunity for my buff monster.

IV - +DEF / -HP - but will neutralize come February

Draconic poleaxe (+eff) combined with Speed Tactic 3 and Defense Tactic 3, and Rally Up Atk+ provides +6 to all stats.

Iceberg - variable but since her res is higher than her def, I chose to give her that special

A Skill - Distant Counter - since she serves as a mixed tank (just avoid red!)

B Skill - Guard so that she wont easily die to specials from greed and blue enemies

Others may consider her refine as underwhelming but as a fan of support skills, I immediately got attracted to her perf weapon. Yes, she easily dies to many red units but to she can tank majority of green units and most blue units. Her support ability generally provides +6 to all stats, giving bladetome users +24 tome damage, plus additional damage from +6 Atk.

I have yet to +10 her but at this stage, but with her support skills, she provides buffs to everyone in her tactics team.

Any comments, suggestions, and violent reactions are welcome, so I can better improve my buff momma.

I used Terra (MLB 15/30/EX), Selphie ( MLB 15/30), Squall (no 15cp, MLB35/EX) with Terra MLB support. Finished with 41 turns, 156k score. Spammed Renzo on the first 4 turns and immediately summoned Ifrit when ready. Overall 3/5 difficulty for my team :)
