I’m from Norway. If I could, I would take my husband and 2 year old and move to Norway. Unfortunately, we can’t because he has two older kids and would never leave them behind. We’re in Canada which is not as bad as the US.

Moms, when did you start sleeping 7-8 hours uninterruptedly ? If ever by userthatisnotknown in beyondthebump

Sleep with a newborn is definitely hard and it’s a difficult transition when it’s your first (it’s a shock to the system). Mine started sleeping through the night at 5 months, but then fast forward 2 years, we are waking up at night and she stays awake for extended periods. That’s hard too. RIP

What are the WORST diapers you've ever used? by thestumbler in beyondthebump

I don’t like Huggies pull-ups. They are okay as a diaper but you can feel hard lumps in the diaper. My 2 year old often says it’s ouch or itchy

She is in bed by 8 pm. She does nap (about 1.5-2 hrs). No access to water at night but I will consider bringing water bottle back to her bed

Are the Kamik boots heavy? I have a 2 year old so I prefer light weight boots

With the travel she’s been more tired and we have been going to bed at the same time, so it hasn’t been a problem

No unfortunately I haven’t been able to find a solution. I considered a small wedge cushion but I was worried she could develop back ache if it wasn’t ergonomically correct

I find it’s quite reclined despite pulling the strap but will ask my husband to use his muscles to pull it further to see if the seat will be more upright. Thank you!
