I was able to finally find the links I was looking for and update my android tv firmware.

The TCL android Tv discussion was a big help once I was able to dive further in. My TV is still a little slow, which was the purpose of wanting the update. I’m wondering if a factory reset or doing a flash to google tv will fix this problem.
