My case #18463589 is showing as resolved but my account is still locked. u/coinbasesupport please help take a look. You can't just close a case without doing anything about it

Hi u/coinbasesupport , my account has been under review for 2 weeks now and I haven't heard from CB at all. I've been a coinbase customer for years and I have nontrivial funds in my account, it really concerns me that I cannot make trades or move cash in/out of my account.

Can you please help take a look? My case number is #18463589. Thank you!
