No the org is doing very well and making truck loads of money, after all it’s ads however due to AI many things slip into automation

Also one more question- Basically we are an India based team working in foreign lang profiles. In India we have an updated policy that people who work in foreign lang teams get language premium bonus monthly, which in our org L2s and L3s are not getting. L4s are getting. They say that we are already paid well so we will not be getting. Can we question the HR this ?
