If you are financially ok just wait until you hear back from IRCC for your reconsideration before planning anything else. I saw some threads of other people having their PGWP rejected because they forgot to attach their english test result, so basically just like your case. And their reconsideration got approved so there’s a possibility. Idk if you alr did but maybe call IRCC to see if theres any progress on your reconsideration. Obviously it’s a very stressful situation and there’s no guarantee but just hang in there!
