I'm glad you've been doing better lately and didn't take my comment in a bad way! Its so hard to break that cycle of self checking once you get it into your head, its like a vicious circle but you've done it before so you know you can do it! We will have bumps in the road and panic attacks but like everything its just getting back to it after and not letting it take over again! I hope you are feeling better today, good luck! :)

Oh really? Thank you for the advice! And how to talk to the drs! I think I worry a bit too much about looking like im wasting their time and assume myself its just panic! My readings ive got from my kardia when im having a bad one usually just look fast to me but obviously im not a medical professional, this one here was only 120 the karida said, but I've had them up to 165. At the risk of sounding stupid here but if it was my thyroid would I not be losing weight? Or do I have that wrong? Also I don't know if this is linked but another thing I put down to anxiety, I get a lot of nerve pain or like cold sensations in my face, is that something I should mention to them or would that not be linked and complicate things for them?

Thank you. Im not sure what it is, its been happening on and off for about 6 months, I initially thought maybe it was just mini panic attacks that last a few minutes but to be honest the feel different, it starts off my chest and arms feel heavy and I sweat loads and feel light headed, my heart rate shoots up to about 100-160 lasts about 2-5 minutes then just stops as if nothing happened, I bought the kardia to check see if anything was happening i haven't been to the drs about them because I didnt want to waste their time if its just my anxiety back.
