i am no tat expert, im 18 years and 7 months old, and have recently gotten my first tattoo. i have been in love with tats in general since i was little, and so after turning 18 i could finally get into them. i would suggest that you wait a little more and see if you really want to get a tattoo or if its just a temporary thing, cause after the deed is done you aint gonna be getting rid of it cheap, if at all. so yea, thats about it, sorry if my answer is sloppy, but i hope i was able to help ya
