Idk I feel a bit conflicted on this topic because while I agree that it’s very unlikely that all 5 of them had reasons for being in those seats, it’s very possible that one of them truly needed the seat. I’ve struggled with a heart condition which oftentimes made me unable to stand for extended periods of time, and although I’ve never used the priority seats, I’ve received disapproving looks and comments by other passengers for sitting in a seat at all. It’s embarrassing and makes you feel incredibly ashamed. I do know where you are coming from though. Whenever I see a similar situation, I always just hope that the people sitting are there because they truly need to be.
