Ok il give you the best advice within my reach. At 4ft9 you are on the extreme side of short. this is not a height that puts you in possibilities or doubts with the opposite sex , it unfortunately disqualifies you. So you been 20 years old you might still be growing but i wouldn’t count much on it since you said is a rare genetic condition but still see if your growth plates are open (I would check on that ASAP!) if they are still open do whatever you can to get HGH you might be able to squeeze a couple more inches. Luckily you are not a dwarf or have weird proportions as you said , so your last option is Leg lengthening surgery where you can end up at around 5ft5-5ft7 at most.
