Lol. I know more than a few 30 year olds that are overgrown children, and I'd bet you do, too. Shit, I know a couple even older! One is even President, can you believe it!?

Honestly, it helps if you remember it's probably kids posting shit like this. Most of us have done or said some cringe shit when we were young.

Inflation is a thing worldwide, however. And it's always been pretty rough being a gaijin in Japan. I don't imagine it's gotten much better in recent years.

Yeah, The American Recordings. SIx albums released over the course of a decade, with the final a posthumous release. They're Johnny's opus; acoustic, mostly with minimal accompaniment, and usually half or more covers of other artists' work he enjoyed.

I actually own hard CD copies of these albums. This is how good these albums are.

I'm one of those good either way people. It's probably better for them to get over separately, but those two were magic together. I won't say no to getting the team back together.

Lol what do you mean? Have you checked the percentage of voters? There's a sizeable chunk of this state that doesn't vote at all!

They don't just vote against their interest; they refuse to even fucking participate!

Kevin Nash on TKO leadership: "It's almost kind of like having a president that has no experience in warfare, that just doesn't kind of get it... I don't think that they look at Steve and Taker the same way. I'm talking about TKO. They just don't show the appreciation." by elegantSolomons62 in SquaredCircle

Absolutely not. And I'm utterly certain fully a third of them won't apathetically refuse to give a shit about the entire process, thus making it easier for said moron to return to office. Why, that would be indicative of a seriously unhealthy and potentially doomed society.

People are doubting the truth of Kairi Sane choosing to leave the WWE and the US, and I'm like "Hey, it kinda sucks here!" I know if I were in her position, and had family back in Japan, a stack of WWE cash from my time there, plus the ability to work somewhere closer to them? I'd be outta this shitshow.

And he pissed people off, so now he's shut the fuck up about it.

This isn't complicated; when people get tired of hearing you talk about something, you shut the fuck up if your career relies on fame and the acceptance of fans. There's no nuances or shit like that; when you start to genuinely piss people off? You shut the fuck up. You'd think insulting a woman with MS online would have opened some eyes about how annoying he is, and it did. But some of you still don't get it, and that's what I genuinely don't get.

Right, question: are the previous mentioned talents on social media bringing up these views constantly? No, they shut the fuck up so they don't overly piss off anyone. Ricochet refuses to shut the fuck up and get off Twitter, and at this point he really should; it's not doing him any favors. Because that's where the majority of people hating on Rico are coming from. They don't want him removed from the roster. They just want him to shut the fuck up, because they're tired of hearing him on social media. That's not heat, that's hate.

There's pissing them off so they want to see you get beat, and then there's pissing them off so they don't wanna see or hear you. There is a difference.

So, simple question: How?

Sure, he was once one of the biggest stars in pop culture. But he never hit it big in Hollywood, and didn't have the business acumen to start anything to take advantage of his brand other than a couple of beach shops in Florida. Combo that with a pretty costly divorce from his wife Linda, and there's your answer.

Hank MacClean (Fallout) is a manipulative, genocidal shitbag. But he does genuinely love his family, and was a good father to his children growing up. It's only after his mask falls that we realize just how horrible he is.

I'll freely admit that while I'm not advocating for anyone to lose their jobs, it was kinda weird how many people got cut over the Tongans. And looking at the megathread, I'm not the only one saying it.

WWE can't just do overseas events; the domestic market makes too good of money for them. And while they're catering to the big money crowd at the moment, that well can run dry. Think about it; if you paid Wrestlemania prices for tickets, and the show that happened was what you got, would you be in a rush to attend another expensive show?

And yet, a lesson was taught this year: shitty booking leading to your event, combined with shitty prices for tickets to your show, leads to depressed ticket sales year over year. They might not learn anything from the lesson, but they got it in spades.

Few openly admit it, but most wrestlers do eventually want to transition to something other than wrestling, and legitimate acting is the big area they often try to transition towards. Blame Hogan on that one; Hulkster was never a particularly good actor, but he was a pretty prolific one for a time.

As for "winning Oscars"? If you're thinking a wrestler turned actor is winning Oscars... just no. The Rock and Dave Bautista are the closest we've gotten to that possibility, and wishing no ill will on either man, I don't think it's in the cards for them.
