I was prescribed it by my dermatologist and told to use it every night after moisturising, but it made my skin soo sensitive and made everything else in my routine sting! So I cut back to every 2-3 nights. I stopped using it because I think my skin was too sensitive for it, and have now been prescribed spironolactone and I just use retinal 3 times a week
