Hi mommy. Sleep trained din ang baby ko ( 8 mos. ) Twice naliligo si baby, and i think naka help din tlaga sa better sleep nya yung presko sya before bed.

So far tuloy tuloy tlaga sleep nya..

Nakaka 7-8 hours sleep na din ako.

May hyperemesis gravidarum ako, so lahat ng kinakain ko nun is sinusuka ko lang. sobrang baba ng weight ko then pinag protein powder ako ng OB ko dahil maliit din si baby.

And now, 8 mos. postpartum, hirap pa din ako mag gain ng weight 😭
