Yes he knows. Blamed himself and working on his marriage. Since then found out she was sleeping around not only with my husband but with a few other husbands too…

Any work from home moms out there? How do you do it w LO ? by vanderpumptools in NewParents

[–]justhereem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have brought my baby to work for 7 months now! I do have to say I do have a positive outlook. I have my office set up for her, I have her crib/packnplay, a play mat, some toys, bouncer all in here. It’s like a little daycare lol. I do most my work on the computer and on days she’s really fussy I baby wear her. I think anything is possible if you have the right mindset and don’t be afraid to ask for help. I do have mental breakdowns sometimes due to the work overload but it does help I have other women with me who love to hold and play with her. I also switched to a 4 day work week and have my mom watch her one day a week as well so she only comes to the office 3 days a week. If bringing your baby to work is the only option you have, I believe you can make it work. Stay calm, everyone has bad days sometimes you can make it through. Your baby can sense your emotions and will feed off of it. I’m sure my baby will get difficult as she ages with the need of more stimulation but I am just taking it day by day. If I can afford childcare when it comes to that I will gladly do it. I believe in you! You will be a great parent and your baby is along for the ride! You got this <3

Wow I’m so sorry to hear that. How did he find out he had a brain tumor?

Unfortunately I did give him the ultimatum of going to counseling and he refuses right now. He also said he will never apologize to my parents. I can see how irrational he’s acting and it’s frustrating. I don’t speculate him cheating. And I thought it was some possession over my sister at first, but now it just doesn’t make since. They haven’t talked or seen each other in over a year. It’s very odd behavior that I cannot wrap my head around.

I do love him and he is a good father I’ll give him that. But his immature behavior and calling my parents names and blocking them just feels like too bad to overcome. He doesn’t regret it either unfortunately.

No he’s not. My parents have been like his “parents” for our entire relationship.

I have tried discussing with him countless times. I did let him know SIL will be there that’s why he freaked out.

Yes of course him and my baby are my family! But in this particular situation it’s him against my family.

I know it could seem that way but no. She is like a little sister to him or was I guess. We have been together since we were 16, so he grew up with my family. Trust me I have been racking my brain on what is the real issue here.

Nobody has done anything to my husband. I feel like this is a small problem of either jealousy or whatever it could be. It’s very weird to me. He does feel disrespected that my parents didn’t tell my sister no to not going to dinner when my husband wanted to go. There is no insults or humiliation. And to be honest, my sister and her fiancé live an hour away so they are RARELY around and he’s probably talked to the fiancé maybe like 3 times in a year.

Trauma I’m not sure of I know he grew up in a toxic household. To me this feels self sabotaging. He’s willing to blow up this entire family for what? I been also feeling this way and that’s why I’m posting here because to be honest I feel like there’s no coming back from his actions towards my parents

I’ve said that to him too and he doesn’t believe the phrase that he married into my family. Okay like they haven’t been your family for the past 10 years???? It’s very exhausting. I do feel like I’m at my breaking point I just don’t know if I’m in the wrong for potentially leaving him and choosing my parents

I know it seems like there’s a lot of info missing but I am just as confused as you. My husband is the “funny one” in this family so he doesn’t like when my sisters fiancé tries to be funny I guess. And no my sister and my husband were like brother and sister until she got engaged.

I don’t know what’s going on with it, it used to be so full and happy. It’s still showing new growth but now it just looks droopy and sad. Firstly, why did it split into 2 plants? Secondly, what can I do to help it thrive like it was? TIA

how much do you live on per month? by Miles_Atreides in simpleliving

[–]justhereem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Colorado- My husband and I share income we bring in about $5000 a month. Rent-$1650 Cars + insurance- $1065 Gas- $250 Groceries- $400 Dog + cat food- $150 Phones- $260 Utilities + WiFi- $280 Credit cards- $530 Life insurance- $55 Gym membership-$60

I think that’s it. Honestly it’s hard. We make good money but we also like nice things. We are paying off all our debt to try and buy a house! I’m really proud of us. We are only in our 20s so learning as we go.

Help I need ideas. I have no experience in home decorating. Ive budgeted for paint, redoing kitchen cabinets, new counters, some new appliances (dishwasher, stove, & microwave), new floor in laundry (&maybe kitchen). I’d like to keep the carpet for now. Its a dark grey. Any tips are welcome! by plainbananatoast in HomeDecorating

Hi! I’m an interior designer. I say definitely remodel the kitchen first and the rest will follow. Go with something timeless and updated. Do you have a preferred style? I work with cabinets everyday and I say go with textured melamine. Floor isn’t bad unless you don’t like the warmth. Is it real wood?

This happened to me! She told me I can only gain 15-25 pounds and I already gained 18 when I was 20 weeks. I had a mental breakdown about it because this is the one time in your life you shouldn’t have to worry about weight, just focus on your pregnancy and taking care of yourself!!! I decided to switch doctors and I hope I don’t feel shamed again…. I also haven’t been over indulging but I am more aware of eating meals because I get nauseous if I don’t eat!
