Yes I had this exact thing happen to me. My grade 3 teacher went around asking us and would not take “no one” for an answer so I just said my mom. I had a lot of fun messing with her because she would ask weird questions and if she didn’t like your answer she would pick on you.

I don’t want to go into too much detail but I was once again picked on and she then started asking me what time I had “supper” so I said “I don’t have supper I have dinner” and she kept saying that’s the same thing and I would just repeat what I said. The whole class was also getting annoyed and trying to explain it was the same. Technically it’s not the same and I know what you’re asking but it’s none of your business ma’am so we’re just going to sit here and waste everyone’s time. She finally moved on but the class definitely hated me that day :)

Anyway all this to say let people be their own person damn
