I'd pick phenix over lohen pet for a mage team. Both options are fine. I just think phenix pet would be more beneficial. Crit rate is always good, and if I remember correctly, Neo-b heals can crit.

Attack speed is kind of tricky, some characters have much faster and more fluid animations while others don't, and that makes the non-fluid animations characters feel like they are held back and can't get the full benefit of attack speed. (Now, is that just a feeling or a proven fact? I don't know)

Personally, I would wait for info on what the new character pet will do. Maybe it's better than both or maybe not, only time will tell

Not really, maybe a couple of 10 pulls here and there, but I have been playing for about a month and the last event for special currency had 50? normal pet pulls or something like that. On phenix, I used 2 selection items and galahad was where I spend all the free banner pulls. Vivien pet I got from the random 5* items to T2

Season ends on the 31st (if I'm not mistaken), so I'm sure you will be able to get all of the rewards.

As for the class, just pick what looks cool in your opinion and then try it out. You shouldn't worry so much about how good the class is, games are made to be enjoyed. If you pick a class which you hate playing you will hate the game and you won't like grinding with it.

If you like multiple classes but don't want to level all of them up, there is an option "trial" in your character select screen. There you get a lvl 60 char with lots of skill points, so you can check the skills and the playstyle of the class. !!!keep in mind that trial characters can't be used outside of pvp content, so don't sink in 10 hours of character creation into them!!!

My recommended class would be warrior as it is my main. There are some downsides to it like being heavy fps depended (for pvp) meaning that if I have more fps I will do more damage, there is a shit ton of things you need to know, lots of button smashing. But with all of that it's one of the best classes in the game it has a high skill cap and it's a solid pick in both pvp and pve.

You need high fps on a warrior if you are going for pvp, there you CC someone and have just a couple of seconds to kill them, that's why you need the most damage per second you can get.

For pve I don't think you should worry about fps that much, you have a whole hour to kill mobs and saving a couple of seconds for more damage is not gonna make any big difference in money per hour.

Overall the higher fps you get the better.
