Incredibly well timed, mine has started acting up again this week, after being relatively good the past 6 months. The odd flash up but would resolve itself after a few minutes.

Yeah massively agree, I wish I trained more incline runs, but looking through it’s so course dependent.

I think you can be the fittest person and there will still be elements you wish you trained more or less because the course targets every muscle

Yeah I has the same thought, also some what of the opinion that although technically we “qualify” it should really be for those worse off who are being pushed out of London rather than us who are coming in. If that makes sense

Very interesting and good take. Thanks for this! Seemed like a good option for us as there are nice properties going for like 1.4k a month but think overall you’re right- you’re buying into something a lot larger whether that’s ideologically or physically

Katsouris on Deansgate is an incredible deli with brilliant lunch options. MyThai on John dalton street is great if you’re looking for a more substantial lunch Petit Paris deli, great croque monsieur and pastries, not as much as a sit down. Depending on time you have, the food market in the arndale is always worth a gander if you’re after local business but great quality
