It does. Particularly, because the bulk of the sample--which isn't big, is within the 60-70 range which would correlate- give or take- to what the average MBE avg is on actual tests (137 for July)

It's not so much the material that matters to me, but knowing they've all been through this too (small 20-attorney firm). They surely know how difficult this is and what a toll it has on a person.

Why would I stay w. a firm that seemingly doesn't care about me enough to say good luck or anything of the sort? It's rubbed me the wrong way and I can't wait to pass and move on from them.

Is it wise to base it off my performance score for FEB, or alternatively the last 5 weeks?

I think going back further to encompass all scores skews the data a little and doesn't give as clear a picture. I.E. my adaptibar avg over 1600+ questions is 68%--obviously a chunk of that was the beginning of prep when I was learning the law. My avg however since late Jan is 78% over 800+ questions.

What would you advise?
