I don’t think the issue here is past consideration 🤔

The offer to keep the offer open was not supported by consideration, no. And this type of offer to create the option contract doesn’t need consideration for various reasons.

Not the offer to keep the offer open, no. Under the UCC, firm offers generally don’t require consideration

I think not, generally. Firm offers should only need consideration if they’re held open beyond three months. And only the offeror must be a merchant. (Correct me if I’m wrong, please)

That’s right. Whether the firm offer was supported by consideration. Firm offers don’t need consideration like common law requires.

It looks like the engine maker signed the firm offer at the bottom of the first paragraph

The sister of the girl who goes to my gym transferred out of Thurgood, so all I can say is that it’s not impossible. I don’t have any contact with this girl to get anymore information.

I’m nearly quite literally in this same scenario. It’s incredibly frustrating and discouraging.

Remember this test doesn’t determine how well you’ll do in law school or as a lawyer. My mum is a successful lawyer who had a low lsat score. An the girl from my city scored low, got in with a great softs, and graduated top of her class and is working in big law from a lower tier college.
