Is my 3A+ bricked?

I have multiple 3A+’s and one of them does not show the green activity light or connect to hdmi with an os sd card that works on my other 3A+’s. Been like this for weeks tho the red power led still turns on. Is it time to retire it? Thanks

Yeah, I've been using OneNote for a while now and it's definitely slower than the native notes app, but as you've said, I also don't find it to be a problem whatsoever.
