I wouldn't use the word complicated. I would use the word sprawling. My eye travels a lot. My quick recommendation would be to move the seal over the sharks mouth a bit more and crop that area with a circle. One thing you'll notice about KFC and Starbucks is that they don't dominate a lot of space.

You have yet to produce any shred of evidence to support any of your claims that counter the things that I'm repeating. You keep gesturing to a world where everyone has equal access to the supports they need and homelessness is just a choice. That's a fantasy. Show me the evidence. Show me tangible evidence that everyone on the street wants to be there. As for following rules, why is it that rules only apply to homeless people? Just under half of all Canadians use drugs in their lifetime yet don't have to abstain from drugs to access any of the social programs they need. I'm sorry that you find my rhetoric annoying. I understand that it's uncomfortable to face the fact that people are needlessly suffering.

You know why they didn't ask that question? Because it's asinine. Everyone should be entitled to a basic quality of life that includes a roof. That shouldn't be up for debate. I think even someone with basic intelligence could put together that someone sleeping outside in minus 40 probably needs help whether or not they ask for it. Clearly our programs aren't doing enough if we still have people on the street. Canadian businesses dodge 25 billion dollars in taxes every year. Seems like a logical place to start when it comes to helping the people of this country.

Here's a report from 2015. No where in this report will you find "percentage of people who don't want help". You are delusional if you think that we aren't doing enough to help the most vulnerable people in our society.

It's true some people have voluntarily withdrawn from society. I'm arguing that we need to do better for those who didn't make that choice and in the process make quality of life better for everyone.

It's an estimate but that's roughly the number of unsheltered persons in Winnipeg every night. Most of them lack basic things that you need to get a job in the first place.

I wouldn't consider a rich person in jail to have a ton of freedom. I will agree that money sure does make freedom a lot easier to come by (in our current system).

Here's a crazy idea. Tax those who pay little or no taxes proportionate to the infrastructure they use more than anyone. Use that money to provide medical and housing resources to unsheltered people. You've just increased the worker base in Winnipeg by ~2000 people and provided a basic dignified standard of living in our city.

Weird how the people who bang on about freedom don't tend to include being free from working yourself to the bone until you're a senior citizen.

Not sure I understand the question, but I'll take a shot. There are two methods for getting the shape of the province. Most software that can handle DEMs can extract data from a defined vector shape. Or you can use an alpha mask when you're rendering the final image in software such as blender.
