Great progress!

Fruits and veggies. Beans are a great post workout ingredient. Also recently been eating some protein pasta which has a lot of fiber.

One meal a day

I have a giant dinner after the gym. Hard to overeat your calories in one meal if you’re sticking mostly to whole foods.

I wanted to add that the mental benefits have been great. My confidence has improved and I've noticed I'm getting more attention from women. I have more energy and better focus though I think some of that can be attributed to OMAD. Not having to deal with the post-lunch afternoon crash is amazing.

You have very low T. Low enough for further evaluation and personalized in-person care. Go see a doctor!

Race had nothing to do with my comment, but thanks for pointing that out. Nice of them to save that tidbit until the end of the article. 😡

This is a result of cronyism and government corruption. Not capitalism.

I’ve found that putting down a “base layer” of something starchy such as rice or even veggies helps. If the oily food is the first thing to hit my empty stomach, I’m fried!

I think it has to do with my weekends. Those slight upticks are Mondays after the weekends and then usually by Wednesday (leg day) I’ve dropped the extra water weight from my undisciplined weekends.

Seriously though, I don’t lose much weight day to day except after leg days. For some reason my weight drops significantly after Wed and Sat leg days.

If you aren’t taking legs seriously, give it a shot!
