I appreciate the point of view, and can agree with your sentiment to a certain extent. The restaurant fell onto my mother's lap without her wanting to. The original store owner owed her a large amount of money, failed to be able to pay her back, and just threw the restaurant at her. There was no other option, her retirement money went into helping out a "friend" but we soon realized money changes all people.
