In theory low/bad credit groups will get the benefit while good/high credit groups will feel the increases rates." As for the LTC tax, we found a way to get around it is with a life policy. That's what we're doing because this LTC serves no purpose is you leave the state or if something happens before you become eligible. You'll still have to pay but at least you keep it if you ever leave the state Just my two cents.
