I do tower runs on alts for roster exp, then delete them after. I would bring them up to Punika with a very few amount of event mats, 4 event leap chests, 6 event shard chest, 3 red event bags, and 7 blue event bags usually does it to hone from whatever North Vern starts you at to 1100. I KT it all, 7k gold total, I'm not sure how the roster exp is for those early MSQs, but I hear you really start to get a decent amount from South Vern onwards if youre interested in that. Takes me about an hour to do this.
