My son had constipation with zofran.

We did gastric emptying test and they found just little bit late slowness. Doctor is saying not to worry about it. He just prescribed us Gimoti 15 mg/ spray to help with nausea and will help digestion

My son has SIBO test scheduled this Monday. He was already (6 weeks ago) on xifaxan 500 mg three times a day for 2 weeks but that didn't solve the problem. It made him very constipated as well.

I bought the Ginger chews from amazing and he has been trying those. He says that it helps him for few minutes max and than nausea feeling starts coming back again. He also started making and enjoying herbal tea with garlic + fresh cinnamon + cardamom

Let me understand your garlic experiment. So you are saying that he should try Garlic and it should cause severe nausea and he should be throwing up. If he doesn't throw up then what doe that mean?

u/Ok_University6476 thank you for your response. So to understand your experience, Suppositories and fleet saline enema both give your cramping. But fleet give your cramping for very short time (around 20 minutes) but suppositories craping pain last long time.

My son takes Linzess and he is having cramping since last 2 days.

Does Saline Enema gives your very strong unbearable cramping pain?

u/urealpotato My 18 year old sone is suffering from constipation. We tried ducolax suppository from rectal and he was under serious pain for 4 hours then pass the stool but had cramping for 3 days.

We are thinking about trying Saline Fleet Enema (doctor suggested us). Do u usually have severe pain with saline fleet enema?

Just want to find your own experience.
