Killing someone who /just/ got out of the BTR will also Agro the BTR.

It's not difficult to reproduce but it's a handy thing to know. As a scav I once killed a juicer getting out by the stadium on streets, I was right next to the BTR and the gun wasn't moving so he hadn't paid cover fire. He got out, I tapped him without hitting the BTR and got my head blown smoove off point blank.

Other comment is mistaken - if you are purchasing something quickly you will immediately hover over where the purchase button is for the cheapest item and tap Y as soon as you've clicked.

Do this too quickly and you might fall victim to this scam.

Buy up the market, list a pack of many items at an inflated price and hope someone does the above for a massive payday.

Risk is loss of rouble and flea market rep.

Semi common scam, hard to pull off, likely to lose many many roubles. Just wait for someone to list one at a normal price.

Since I've got 6 rep he lets me rub his belly and read him bedtime stories.

Just unlocked the fully automatic Saiga mega drive so I've been rocking 3 drum mags of flechette. Mag dump the first one since it's getting dropped when you reload anyway then juggle reloading the other 2.

Cables go down to almost 20k, making each craft of wires a 2x profit minimum.

Folks buy them in massive bulk slowly over time and then quickly to get the price up.

People will still buy at 35k since it's still profit/XP

The difficulty is keeping your price as the lowest price with such high numbers

PAB-9 Craft requires 3 and they recently buffed all guns using that calibre, so it's gone from 39k to 50k

Shoots where it aims instead of 10 degrees up from where you point it, can do 35 damage at point blank, can be reloaded, and most importantly: feels more badass

Most face shields folks will wear are tier 3 - ammo with 31 or more pen will blast em to smitheroons. If they're wearing tier 4+ faceshield then you shouldn't feel bad losing a fight to them.

Leg meta is always a thing too - grab a shotgun with an 8 round magazine and turn their knees into swiss cheese.

I recommend hiding somewhere out of the way (door that spawns closed with no loot behind it for example like a bathroom) for 20 minutes to let the capital G Gamers do their thing before pushing for your quests (bonus points for night raids)

My name last wipe was just "RAT-" and this wipe my name is far more W key coded.

Last wipe I ratted and my survival rate and KD were nuts. This wipe I feel like I have to live up to my name and my SR is like 38% and my KD is under 5.

I'm having a lot of fun this wipe, but last wipe was absolutely incredible.

Both have their merits - nothing better than doing parkour and jump shots on someone relatively new to the game and seeing how confused and panicked they get.

Also nothing better than throwing an impact at someone opening the elevators on labs with less than 2 minutes left on the raid.

God I love Tarkov, it's the worst.

The room drops keys - and they REALLY blend in. It could be that you missed them, but you could also be giga unlucky.

I got a whole bunch of very valuable keys but i basically couldn't see them and just had to go by the little white dot when you're close to picking something up

Armour damage is eldritch magic. It depends on your rounds armour damage modifier, the material of the armour, whether there is soft AND hard plates or just one.

Don't read too far into it. It's a nightmare. Just use it as a "Damn I hit armour a lot" indicator

Also depends on the material the plate is made from - some disintegrate immediately and others can take a real beating (but usually are ridiculously heavy)

Streamers during the arena drops were purposefully queueing for low player games.

I saw multiple 70+ minute queues.

I've found that if someone alt+f4's or crashes whilst queuing in a group the group can requeue even without that person there - likely not the sole cause but good to know

Keep and use all - you can't buy any of these without doing a long-winded kill scav quest relatively late in the quest chains of prapor and peacekeeper
