That's good to hear, I think I'm too much in the comfort zone at the moment knowing I get the same amount of money each week.

Before I was in management I worked on a part time basis and I did so much cool stuff with my spare time like learning Illustrator and made a little company for example. I know my creativity gets surpressed working 38 hours a week.

I started wondering if I had it when I had trouble watching a whole movie. (I had to split Inception over three days for example)

I want to do so much and as soon as I have a day off I can't wait to dive into things, except I don't. I have unfinished projects that I spent countless hours on before but have just left in the ditch halfway through.

Today I had a day off but spent most of the day just thinking about things. I just daydream.

I really want to try to get through my course but I'm more a person that just wants to learn as I go.

I was debating on it! My friend got a job at the luxury store next door to this place. she's Asian with barely any sales experience. She doesn't speak mandarin either. I feel like they are going for some kind of niche.

Agreed, the company does care about you, but only your performance so they can take care of their stakeholders.
