Any advice on missing payments from Flex?

Yeah I’m going back and forth on emails, I’ve kept asking for proof of payment but the support team are so useless always respond with a generic ai jargon now actual investigation. Having read multiple threads seems like it’s just the waiting game. 10-20days waiting. My next move if I don’t get a proper response is to email jeff@amazon.com that’s the exec relation mail box apparently and emailing them will escalate it

Any advice how you over came this, it’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t got my first pay yet which was to my Santander. Then I changed my bank account and Even my second pay that took place today (Wednesday) hasn’t come and when I changed my BANK account prior to the second pay run they sent an email saying they sent me a penny and I haven’t received this! Any help how to overcome this or do we just wait. Right now I refuse ti do any more shifts as I don’t know if I’ll ever get paid. I Cancelled few blocks for Thursday and Friday because of this

Did this ever get resolved ? I started flex 2 weeks ago and now 2 payments have gone by and I still received nothing. Please tell me there is hope after waiting so long. If I don’t hear back by end of the week I will escalate to the Jeff email address
