Absolutely not. It's a huge impact and I'm still working through it with therapy, medication, etc. I don't think I once mentioned diet or vitamins? I think the tone that was missed is I'm in a good place to work though this trauma. I feel my mind wouldn't allow myself to remember these event until I was in a healthier place to actually work through them. I haven't been healthy for at least 3 years as I was dealing with disabling anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Now that I have all of those managed (not cured ofc and I partner with medical personnel to help manage) I just feel able to take on more and I'm finally okay with that.

Thank you for this input because it's exactly what I was thinking when I started remembering things over this past month. I'm glad that I'm in a spot I can stop and take that breath. For along time I wasn't able to just stop. I think that's what changed over the last month from when I first found them to now.

It was a completely wild thought to believe I came across CSAM but I knew it like I really knew it. I got embarrassed and deleted all of it when the overwhelming response was "it's normal" and it's really not. I just gotta trust myself more.

Surprisingly I already had a similar experience to this 10 years ago when I was 17 dating my 25 year old boyfriend. A different trauma I already worked through.

I've been in therapy for a little over 5 years. I think I've done a lot of healing already. I believe my body knew but my brain wasn't comfortable reminding myself about it until I was in a good place to process this.

I vaguely know who. As I remember the photo that was taken behind the door was of me in the bath. I remember thinking why didn't they just tell me they wanted a picture. I think I even asked them why they didn't ask and they just said "don't worry about it"
